Which one to listen to? Your heart or brain?

It is the very common question nowadays. But before coming to that question, Do you know which thought is coming from your mind and which thought is coming from your brain? So, how to figure out which thought is coming from your heart and which one from your brain? The heart makes only two sounds lub and dub unless or until a boy or a girl is disturbing it and it becomes crazy. Rest of the sound comes from your brain. We think that some thought is coming from our heart and some thought is coming from brain, this is totally metaphoric. But unfortunately, we guys are taking it very seriously. There was a time when people believed (particularly in Arabia) that blood is being pumped from liver because liver is far more complicated organ than the heart, which was not true. Heart is a very simple organ. So, don’t give it more responsibilities other than continuously pumping the blood. So, I want you to change your thought. The only problem is that most of you are prejudiced against the brain. The common question everywhere is‐ I want to meditate but thoughts are coming. Can you stop the heart, kidney, liver? No, you want all these organs to function properly but you don’t want your brain to function for some reason. Brain is a new equipment that we have got in the evolutionary process. The level of celebral development happened most recently compared to the other system. That’s why, most of us don’t know how to handle it? When you see a boy or a girl, heart beat more, that doesn’t mean it is saying anything. It is only compensating, you need more blood. So, it is pumping little harder. That will happen even if you are running upstairs. Also, fear does that to a whole lot of people. So, heart is not trying to say anything, it is just trying to make sure every part of the body gets the nourishment of blood flow. HOW TO KNOW WHICH THOUGHT IS COMING FROM YOUR HEART AND WHICH ONE FROM YOUR BRAIN? So, it’s your brain speaking in different tongues. What is your native language. What is your mother tongue ? Because you know two or three languages, so we get confused. Sometimes, it speaks in English, other time in Hindi and some other time in any other language. This is the reason, why you think heart issaying or mind is saying. There is thought and emotion. People generally have a misconception that, these two are different things. No, they are not saying different things, the way you think is the way you emote, isn’t it? For exampleRight now if you start thinking, he/she is the most wonderful person of this world then your emotion will automatically become sweet towards that person. Now, if you think she/he is the worst person on this planet then also your emotion will be accordingly, yes or no? But what if, whom you thought to be the most wonderful person of this world suddenly did something that you don’t like. You are not going to like that person anymore, aren’t you? Thought is alige, it changes direction. Emotion is little shappy, so it takes time to turn around. So, that period you struggle between your thoughts and emotions as if things are happening in two directions. Because thought is saying one thing and the emotion is still going sweet as it takes time to become nasty, it can’t turn up quickly. It take time to turn. But, after a week or ten days, or two months depending upon how deeply are you engaged after sometime emotion catches up with the thought. Now, your emotion will also say you don’t like that person anymore. CONCLUSION: When it comes to what you want to do, you must think clearly, it’s very important. Thinking clearly doesn’t mean the question is about what will get me this? But Is your life precious to you? So, before you invest this life to something, you must look whether today if I invest my life into this after 25 years or so, will it still mean a lot to me? It doesn’t matter what other people think but you should not do anything that will make you feel ashamed of. Then you will turn against yourself. Something that turns against yourself, you can leave them but if you turn against yourself, you can’t leave yourself, you will have to live with yourself forever. So, this is all you have to look at. That’s important. So, making a living with such a big brain is not an issue. Earning your food is not an issue, making a living is not an issue. Only problem is you want to live like someone else. Before mentioning about the best ways to increase productivity, I would like to ask‐ do you know what is the root cause of decreased productivity? May be you have some idea about it or possible you pretend ignorance to the reasons. A majority of us is not as productive as we could be. It is because of the two reasons‐either we become reactive rather than proactive or we bother about those things which are not in our hand. It is such a big issue, if you learn to sort this out very early in your life. I assure you, that you can work half the number of hours that you are working and can be lot more productive than you are right now. The reason is very clear to us, so now the question comes‐ What are the best ways to increase productivity? There are 24 hours in a day, but making most of your time is not very critical. Rather than being tired and having your pending works, you can be a real‐life hero of your movie about productivity. It is all about how you manage your time and your smart work. Here are some tips which you can follow to increase productivity: Stay away from distractions‐ Distractions like social media such as whatsapp, facebook, Instagram and phone calls are one of the biggest time consumers around, yet somehow, we continue to do all these unquestionly. Even the intelligent, hard‐working students waste a lot of time on these stuffs. For example‐ after attending the classes, we check our whatsapp then a notification from Instagram comes, now we go on scrolling instagram and this process continues for much time. Nowadays, since the classes are going online due to COVID, so rather than focusing on the topic that is taught, students are focusing on social media more. Even if you’re distracted for only one minute, according to psychology it takes 21 minutes to focus properly. Most of us are not even aware of our everyday habits that drains our energy. We are the product of our everyday habits. Low energy is not a good sign, it affects our lifestyle and we start leading an unhealthy lifestyle. 1.Why Bihar need a special armed police ?  The Bihar government says that as Bihar is on a way to developing so the state needs a new special armed police to meet the requirements of airport security, industrial security, metro, railways, etc. 2. What will they do? They will also look into the maintenance of public order. They will also look after the protesters, Sloganeering, and much more which is against the Bihar government. 3. Misuse special armed police? The Government says that the officers are trained in such a way that they can arrest anyone without any reasonable proof based on a suspect. Special armed officers can enter his/her place or property without any search warrant because obtaining a search warrant may give the offenders a chance to escape. 4. No control of court over the special police force? This new reform states that the court has no control over them, which means the power of courts will be snatched away, virtually. Opposition leaders – They say that this reform is unconstitutional and the BJP-JDU combine want dictatorship in Bihar by misusing the special armed police. The opposition leaders Tejashwi Yadav(RJD) and Rahul Gandhi(Congress) opposed the police bill and raised the matter in the Rajya Sabha. What is the meaning of stand-up comedy?

What is stand-up comedy? Stand-up comedy, one of the most-watched topic on social media platforms and YouTube. This topic is becoming so famous to our youth generation nowadays. It’s not to tell funny jokes in front of a bunch of people. It’s an art. Comedians make unfunny jokes also funny with their body language and their accent. But there is some category of jokes like some random jokes, some political jokes, some religious jokes, and some jokes on some serious issues of our society. Benefits of stand-up comedy?  In my opinion, most of the time stand of comedy is funny. When you are depressed, tensed you can watch a show on the internet or attend a show. I trust you will get relief. They believe that if you are going through hell make a joke out of it. So whenever a problem comes to you don’t be tensed or depressed, make a smile and sort it out. But i like them most for their concern for society. Most of the comedians pick up some random faults of our society like dowry system, superstition and makes peoples awareness in such a way that people also get entertainment.  Does stand-up comedy creates controversy? most of the time when a stand-up comedian serves a few jokes on iconic persons it creates controversy. Like a few months ago a famous stand-up comedian “Kunal karma” heckled famous news reporter “Arnab Goswami” On a flight of indigo on some serious issues. But after that Kunal karma was banned from 5 airline companies. Not only that a few years back in 2016, a stand-up comedian named  “Tanmay Bhat” Make some jokes on Lata Mangeshkar and Sachin Tendulkar on a FB post. But people take that seriously. NCP women wing burned Tanmay Bhat’s dolls on the streets.  Conclusion: So, I can say that stand-up comedy is very funny. If people don’t get offended. We have to understand that criticism is the backbone of democracy. So as a citizen of a democratic country we have to take criticism as a fun purpose.

MATURITY HITS BEFORE AGE? In our day ­to ­day life, we often hear someone say­ “That is a completely immature person” or “That person is mature way beyond his age”. What do we mean by these statements? What do we mean when we say parents are more mature than their children? In this article, we are going to discuss everything. What do we understand by maturity? Maturity is nothing but the degree of misery that a person has to go through. In our childhood, most of us are naïve and we don’t understand the consequences of our actions. We act randomly and as we like because we know we have our parents at our back always to be held responsible. By the age of twelve thirteen, a sense of being sensible and taking responsible of our actions develops within us. This is due to the rash actions taken in the past and the experience gained from them. Slowly and gradually with age, we all get to experience various situations that demand high responsibility, calmness, decision making abilities and other factors that makes us more mature. We get unaffected by the time wasting activities and indulge ourselves in activities that actually matter. We actually get to be mature and imbibe those in our peers, friends and people around us. When we say elder people, parents are more mature than us, we actually mean to say that they may or may not have experienced the same situation before. But sure enough they have experienced misery and tough situations to a maybe much greater extent in their lives. Hence we say that they can guide us through the tough times as well because they are mature enough to find proper solutions for our problem. Only aged people are mature? Does maturity come with time? In recent times, we see that some children experience severe trauma and have to go through many rough experiences in the early stages of their life. Many teenagers have already experienced failures, heartbreaks, lost dear ones and other miseries in their adolescence. They become much more sensible and mature and are able to take responsibility for their actions. We say that these are the ones that mature before their age. A different new person is reborn within them. That said, it doesn’t mean that everyone matures with their age. A person in his twenties starts smoking and indulges in other illegal activities, because that seems ‘cool’ according to everyone. That is not maturity.
