Christian Bale's Netflix horror film's first trailer

It has a Gothic appearance.

The terrifying first trailer for the Netflix horror film "The Pale Blue Eye" has been released.

The 2003 novel by Louis Bayard, which Scott Cooper (Antlers) directed, served as the basis for the movie.

This embellishes the history of the famous author of The Raven, Edgar Allan Poe.

Augustus Landor, played by Christian Bale, is the star of the show.

Apart from a suitably dark atmosphere and a glimpse of Melling's enigmatic maverick, the trailer itself doesn't reveal much.

On December 23, "The Pale Blue Eye" is due in theatres, and on January 6, it will be available on Netflix.
